Here are two sketches. I thought how could I implement a view from below at human eye level while also have all 3 dragons properly shown. though not always is that necessary. Half hidden characters also look good so they are not "forced" visible as that could make it look unnatural.
I hope I got the sizes right as I would imagine that barn be 7-8m tall
