1. White list (rivalmit@rivalmit.com) to prevent notifications to get lost 

2. Multiple commissions: if you are interested in more than one commission, please create a commission request for each, separately. 

3. Title: write in what you would like this project to be named. This title will be displayed in the “commissions in progress” section, where, if set to public viewing, will be on display to other people. 

For example, you can name the project after the character you are commissioning :)

4. Provide one or more character references that includes full body shot and best display of all features

5. In the description point out any important details about the character and specify if there are any preferences  you have about the pose or other aspects of the painting (we will discuss the possibilities)

6. Please provide the country I will be shipping to so I can include the shipping costs in the price estimate when contacting you.
